Join us for an engaging guided tasting led by renowned Canadian wine expert, Michelle Bouffard, MW Candidate. This livestream will explore six featured wines from Provence, offering insight into the region’s style, food culture, and winemaking traditions.
This is a truly special event that brings together premium wines, an elevated multi-course culinary experience, and expert-led education all in one setting.
Guests will enjoy EXCEPTIONAL value while learning directly from one of Canada’s most respected wine educators in an intimate, immersive format that is rarely offered to the public.
Throughout the session, guests will experience how each wine pairs with a thoughtfully curated menu designed to highlight fresh, vibrant flavours. Here is the menu that will be served:

- Mixed greens with berries and poppy seed dressing, topped with pistachios
- Pickerel tostada
- Burrata with tomato jam, pesto, and sourdough
